Gelato to warm the soul!

Gelato is made in a similar way to ice cream, however it is often freshly-made daily, with a few other key differences. Firstly, Gelato is made with a higher ratio of milk to cream than regular ice cream, meaning it has a much lower fat content. That lower fat content means that all the natural fruit, nut and chocolate flavours are left to tickle your tastebuds unhindered.

Gelato is also churned more slowly than regular ice cream, incorporating less air into the mixture so that all those delicious flavours stand out! As a happy side-effect, this means that Gelato is luxuriously soft and smooth, even at freezing temperatures. Also, because it is denser, this means it takes longer to melt...no more sticky hands!
